If you’re looking for inspiration on how to freshen up your home on a budget, I’ve got some great ideas to share with you. I recently came across some amazing finds on Facebook Marketplace that helped me give my dining area a whole new look without breaking the bank.
First off, I scored an awesome dining table set from a seller on Marketplace. The set included a beautiful wooden table with four matching chairs, and it was in great condition. I couldn’t believe my luck when I saw the price – it was a fraction of what a new set would have cost me. The best part was that the set was already assembled, so I didn’t have to spend hours putting it together myself.
To showcase the new set, I decided to update the decor in the dining area as well. I found a gorgeous area rug on Marketplace that complemented the table set perfectly. It had a beautiful pattern in shades of blue and grey that really brought the whole room together.
To tie in some more blue tones, I found some beautiful glass vases on Marketplace that I filled with fresh flowers. They added a pop of color to the table, and the glass reflected the natural light coming in through the window.

Last but not least, I found some beautiful wall art on Marketplace to complete the look. The pieces I chose were abstract prints in shades of blue and grey that tied in with the rest of the decor. They were the perfect finishing touch, and really made the dining area feel like a cohesive space.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with how my dining area turned out.
